Another deal done - Hawkspur has negotiated for an existing client landowner the exchange of an option agreement on a greenfield site within Maldon District in Essex for Retirement Living housing. The developer is already preparing a planning application and the site should be able to deliver 20 to 30 new homes. Many thanks to Kerry Addison at Thompson Smith and Puxon for all her assistance in drawing up the agreement for our mutual client.
Maldon District is currently inviting Call for Sites applications for housing and commercial sites with a deadline of 21st May 2021.
