Acting for an existing client private landowner, we are very pleased to report that Hawkspur has negotiated the exchange of a promotion agreement on a greenfield site within Tendring District in Essex.
The land is close to Manningtree Station which has a direct service to London and Colchester. Amounting to about 16 acres, the site could deliver 50-100 homes in the next 5-10 year period.
