Acting for an existing client private landowner, we are very pleased to report that Hawkspur has negotiated the exchange of a promotion agreement on a greenfield site within Uttlesford District in Essex. The promoter is already preparing a planning application and the site should be able to deliver upto 150 new homes. Many thanks to Tolhurst Fisher for all their assistance in drawing up the agreement for our mutual client.
Uttlesford District currently is currently inviting Call for Sites applications with a deadline of 21st April 2021.
