Hawkspur is representing the owners of a 15 acre greenfield site on the outskirts of Colchester and terms are invited for either an option or promotion agreement from developers.
The majority of the site had a positive assessment in the SHLAA and has good access to the A12, nearby shopping centres and the mainline rail station.
