Hawkspur is delighted to report the exchange of a promotion agreement on a 95 acre greenfield site near Colchester in Essex, acting for a landowner client. The land has excellent connections to the A12 and Colchester station. In the next 5-10 years, the site has the potential to deliver much needed new homes with other ancillary leisure/retail/employment uses, as well as biodiversity net gain and environmental enhancement. The land will be promoted through the Colchester Borough Council Local Plan, with extensive stakeholder engagement and community consultation.
