We can advise on a site’s planning prospects and whether it’s appropriate to submit, for example, written representations, a call for sites, flood and traffic assessments, landscape or heritage reports, pre-application advice and of course, the planning application. If an appeal is required, then we have hands on experience of the rewards and risks of the different appeal options available – even virtual ones.
