Land at Coleshill, Warwickshire – acquisition for client
Coleshill is a commuter town near to Birmingham with a range of facilities and excellent links to the nearby M42 and M6 Toll road.
Having been briefed by the Church Commissioners for England that it had an ongoing brief to acquire strategic land, Hawkspur introduced the opportunity to purchase 83 acres of greenfield agricultural land at Coleshill with significant potential as strategic development land for future residential use. The land was being marketed by a regional land agency firm and was available in various lots with a requirement for overage and clawback.
